Pre-engineered buildings are built mostly in steel and are factory made, shipped to site and bolted together. The rigid framing completes the roof, beams and columns. Then other exterior panels are assembled, along with structural elements and accessories. PEB includes industrial applications such as complex industrial facilities, warehouses and distribution centers, logistic parks, re- packaging centers etc. Main Advantages: 1) building components that are manufactured at a factory and easily assembled on site. 2) light weight rather than any conventional building structure. 3) cost effective and economical.
